Protecting Intellectual Property on GameQuark

GameQuark (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established a procedure for addressing claims of copyright infringement.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this site, please notify our copyright agent, as set forth in the DMCA.

Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a notice of infringing material on GameQuark, please provide a written communication (by email) that sets forth the items specified below:

  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please be aware that if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material or activity is infringing your copyright, you may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

We reserve the right to remove any content alleged to be infringing without prior notice, at our sole discretion, and without liability to you. We will also terminate account holders who are repeat infringers.
